  • 1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
  • 1 ½ cups plant-based milk
  • 2 pitted dates
  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds
  • 2 tablespoons sunflower seeds
  • 1 scoop protein powder
  • 2 tablespoons almond butter
