Almond Flour Energy Balls
These almond flour energy balls make for the perfect snack, dessert, or breakfast add-on. You only need to take one bite of this fudgy, chewy, and crunchy goodness to get absolutely hooked.

- ¾ cup almond flour
- 1/3 cup almond butter
- ½ cup rolled oats
- 1 ½ tablespoons coconut flakes
- 2 tablespoons chopped pecans and walnuts
- 2 1/2 tablespoons maple syrup
- ¼ teaspoon salt
Add all ingredients to a bowl and mix well using damp hands.
The mixture may appear crumbly when everything is combined.
Using damp hands, gently squeeze together and form mixture into a ball until it is round and smooth.
If the balls are not forming, add 1 tbsp of water to the mixture until it comes together.
Refrigerate for an hour and enjoy!
