Almond Flour Energy Balls

These almond flour energy balls make for the perfect snack, dessert, or breakfast add-on. You only need to take one bite of this fudgy, chewy, and crunchy goodness to get absolutely hooked.

Ingredients

  • ¾ cup almond flour
  • 1/3 cup almond butter
  • ½ cup rolled oats
  • 1 ½ tablespoons coconut flakes
  • 2 tablespoons chopped pecans and walnuts
  • 2 1/2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • ¼ teaspoon salt

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients to a bowl and mix well using damp hands.
  • The mixture may appear crumbly when everything is combined.
  • Using damp hands, gently squeeze together and form mixture into a ball until it is round and smooth.
  • If the balls are not forming, add 1 tbsp of water to the mixture until it comes together.
  • Refrigerate for an hour and enjoy!
