How to make the best spinach juice:
Do NOT be heavy-handed with the spinach. I’ve been traumatized by using too many spinach leaves, especially if you don’t plan to strain them.
Offset the graininess of the spinach with a creamy fruit. I like using mangoes but you can also use bananas or papaya.
Add a sweet fruit to make it more satisfying and not so green in taste, LOL. An apple is perfect for this, you can use Honeycrisp, gala or Granny Smith apples. Pineapples, peaches or watermelon would be a perfect substitute.
Strain before drinking. Because I am using mangoes, straining this green juice is a must. Don’t use too fine of a mesh so that you can get in a bit of the fibre. If you do, you can throw a pinch into your cup.
